CHEESY CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS Crispy cheese cauliflower fritters which are also keto, gluten free, low carb and wheat flour free. Ingredients:  1   lb   cauliflower florets 1   cup   shredded cheddar cheese 2   large  eggs 2   tbsp   coconut flour 2   tbsp   finely chopped scallions   plus additional for garnish olive oil   for cooking cauliflower fritters sour cream   for garnish Instructions: Shred the cauliflower with a food processor or large cheese grater. Keto Ribeye Steaks is one of our favorite dishes for a romantic dinner or special occasion. They are so easy to make! Plus, they’re loaded with flavor, thanks to decadent garlic rosemary oil. These steaks are keto, low-carb, dairy-free, grain-free, and gluten-free!

Ingredients

  • 2 ribeye steaks, cut 1 1/2-inch thick
  • Steak seasoning seasoned to your liking
  • 1/4 cup grass-fed butter
  • 2 sprigs of fresh rosemary
  • 2 cloves of whole garlic, crushed

Instructions

  1. Heat your outdoor grill to high.
  2. Season the steaks with Steak Seasoning and place in a cast iron skillet.
  3. Carefully transfer the cast iron skillet and place it on the grill.
  4. Add butter, rosemary sprigs and garlic to the skillet with the steaks.
  5. Cook each side of the steaks for about 5-7 minutes, constantly spooning the butter over the steaks throughout the cooking time.
  6. Cook the steaks until they reach 120°F.
  7. Remove the steaks from the heat and let sit for 15 minutes while the temperature rises to 135°F.

If you don’t have an outside grill, cook it in a cast iron skillet on the stovetop on the high setting.
