CHEESY CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS Crispy cheese cauliflower fritters which are also keto, gluten free, low carb and wheat flour free. These make a great substitute for hash browns or potatoes for brunch.  I like making cauliflower fritters for brunch. They make a great substitute for hash browns or potatoes. Ingredients:  1   lb   cauliflower florets 1   cup   shredded cheddar cheese 2   large  eggs 2   tbsp   coconut flour 2   tbsp   finely chopped scallions   plus additional for garnish olive oil   for cooking cauliflower fritters sour cream   for garnish Instructions: Shred the cauliflower with a food processor or large cheese grater. Steam cauliflower until just tender. Mix in cheese with cauliflower while the cauliflower is still hot, until cheese is melted and evenly mixed in. Add in eggs, coconut flour and scallions. Vegan Garlic Bread

This rich and fabulously garlicky vegan garlic bread is ready in less than 30 minutes and makes the perfect shareable side dish.

Ingredients

  • 1 Baguette/French Loaf 2 Foot Long, 24″, 60cm
  • ½ cup + 1 Tbsp Vegan Butter (126g)
  • 2 tsp Crushed Garlic
  • 2 tsp Fresh Basil finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Chives finely chopped
  • ½ tsp Sea Salt

 

Instructions

  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C).
  • Cut the baguette in half. Cut slices through each half loaf.
  • Mix the vegan butter, crushed garlic, basil, chives and sea salt together in a bowl and spread inside the cut loaf on both sides of the bread and adding some more butter to the tops of the loaves of bread.
  • Wrap the loaves in tinfoil and bake for 15 minutes.
  • Enjoy warm from the oven!
