If you’re familiar with my site, you know I have another recipe. This recipe is different because the sausage is cooked and drained before the other ingredients are added.
This recipe uses uncooked sausage, just like traditional Bisquick Sausage Balls.

Can Almond Flour Be Replaced?
Maybe, but I tried this recipe mostly using almond flour, so I recommend you to use it.
How to Make Keto Sausage Balls
This is a very easy sausage balls recipe. Here’s a look at how it’s done:
Combine all ingredients until well combined.
Lightly spray a large baking sheet or baking sheet.
Roll the sausage balls into golf ball-sized balls.
Bake at 375ºF until cooked through.
Tips for Making Low-Carb Sausage Balls
This recipe is easy to customize a little to your preferences. You can use spicy sausage to add a kick or swap out the cheese for another flavor combination. My personal favorite is the spicy sausage and sharp cheddar cheese.
Sausage balls freeze very well. When ready to eat, reheat in the microwave at 20-second intervals.
Sausage balls can be smoked warm or at room temperature. If serving them as appetizers, store them in a Crockpot set to “Hot” or “Low” to keep them warm.

Ingredients
1 pound breakfast sausage
4 ounces cream cheese
1 cup grated cheddar cheese
1/2 cup of almond flour
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Instructions
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees.
Combine all ingredients until well combined. I find this the easiest in my stand mixer.
Lightly spray a large baking sheet or silicone baking sheet
Roll the sausage balls the size of a golf ball. There were 25 each.
Bake for 20-24 minutes.
notes
Mix flavors using spicy sausage or chili cheese!
