CHEESY CAULIFLOWER FRITTERS Crispy cheese cauliflower fritters which are also keto, gluten free, low carb and wheat flour free. These make a great substitute for hash browns or potatoes for brunch.  I like making cauliflower fritters for brunch. They make a great substitute for hash browns or potatoes. Ingredients:  1   lb   cauliflower florets 1   cup   shredded cheddar cheese 2   large  eggs 2   tbsp   coconut flour 2   tbsp   finely chopped scallions   plus additional for garnish olive oil   for cooking cauliflower fritters sour cream   for garnish Instructions: Shred the cauliflower with a food processor or large cheese grater. Steam cauliflower until just tender. Mix in cheese with cauliflower while the cauliflower is still hot, until cheese is melted and evenly mixed in. Add in eggs, coconut flour and scallions. Keto Cinnamon Cheesecake Chimichangas

This might be the best Keto, Low Carb recipe I’ve ever created. Of course, I’m particularly fond of this dessert because it’s probably my last creation. This Keto Cinnamon Cheesecake Chimichangas recipe may be one of the easiest Keto, Low carb recipes to make.

The easiest part of this recipe is the tortilla. I’ve made various Keto doughs in the past and rolled them and battled them to make a thin loaf of bread. But they’ve saved my diet since I found this low-carb bread.

Most of the time I don’t have time to make Keto doughs or Keto biscuits, but I have found several brands that sell Low Carb tortillas. Some with 2 net carbs per tortilla and low calorie numbers, though, people on Strict Keto probably won’t use these tortillas, but this recipe’s filling can be put into a Keto dough. Which would be equally delicious.

For this recipe, I chose Swerve Confectioners and a granular Pyure sweetener, but you can use any brand of sweetener you like. These are two of my favourites, but any sweetener will do just fine in this recipe.

Another idea for these chimps is to add strawberries to the tortilla or add some strawberries and whipped topping on top.

However, the sugar-free chocolate chips inside are also delicious, and then melt some chocolate chips and fry the chimichanga and pour it on top! Tasty!

Ingredients

  • 1 low carb tortilla
  • 1 oz Philadelphia cream cheese
  • 2 tsp Swerve Confectioners
  • 1/8 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Pyure granular
  • 1/2 tbsp butter



Instructions

Mix together cream cheese and Swerve marshmallows
Spread the cream cheese mixture on the tortilla
Sprinkle Cinnamon and Pyure over the cream cheese mixture
tortilla roll
Heat the butter in a pan over medium heat
Put the tortilla in the pan and fry on both sides.
Once the tortilla is browned, remove to a plate and sprinkle with Swerve Confectioners and Cinnamon.
