Sweet Corn Tacos are the perfect snack with smoked grilled corn mixed with toppings. It is then served in taco shells with onions and cilantro.

Ingredients

  • 2 Sweet Corn
  • ½ cup of Mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce or any hot sauce
  • ¼ cup sliced ​​onions
  • 2 tablespoons coriander finely chopped
  • 5 Taco Shells or Bread

Instructions

  1. Remove the husk of the corn from the kernel, remove it completely or you can keep it together at the bottom.
  2. Display the corn directly in the flame. Turn all sides evenly and show. You can also grill the corn instead of displaying it directly on the flame. The idea is to give the corn a smoked flavor.
